Thank you for choosing Bardi. We take pride in our handmade candles and want to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Times 
All orders are hand-packed in Germany and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or German public holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Method
We ship all orders via DHL Paket. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email so you can follow its progress.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are not fixed. They are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your items.

4. Delivery Estimates
Germany: 1–3 business days.
EU: 3–7 business days.
International (Non-EU): 7–21 business days. Please note: These are estimates provided by DHL and are not guaranteed.

5. International Customs & Duties 
For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in our shipping costs.

6. Damage & Issues If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and the box.
